Description

Lok & Play® ductile iron pipe, with Ceramic Epoxy Lining for acidic fluids. 

Developed from a novolac epoxy formula to protect the ductile iron in acid water lines, it offers chemical resistance from pH1 .

Advantages

UNBEATABLE CORROSION RESISTANCE

ALLOWABLE pH range: pH1 to pH13.

Tested according to ASTM D-714-87 by immersion in solution of 20% in sulfuric acid: no affection in two years

High abrasion resistance

Loss of thickness in the Darmstadt test according to EN 598, section 7.8 (modified): 0.05mm in one million cycles

Low head loss

Roughness coefficient does not vary with time, keeping reduced head losses and  energy costs of transport.
